Retake is currently in pre-launch and this website does not yet process product sales. These Terms govern your use of the website and waitlist today, and will extend to purchases once our store goes live.
By accessing or using the Retake website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to join our waitlist or otherwise use the Site.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict, anyone else's use of the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems.
Joining our waitlist does not constitute a purchase or reservation of any product. Any launch dates, discounts, or "founding member" pricing mentioned on the Site are estimates and offers that may change prior to official launch, at our sole discretion.
All content on this Site — including the Retake name, logo, graphics, text, and design — is the property of Retake and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You agree not to: (a) submit false or misleading information when joining the waitlist; (b) use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Site; (c) upload malicious code; or (d) interfere with the normal operation of the Site.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third-party site.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may revise these Terms from time to time, especially as we transition from pre-launch to full operation. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
